As we go through life we create a map from the cumulative experiences of our lives. We then use that map as a guideline to determine our behavior and reaction to any specific circumstance.
But the map is drawn by positive and negative events, empowering and traumatic experiences. We retain the guidelines from these previous experiences even if they are no longer useful. The memory of those experiences and the feelings they manifested become the limiting beliefs that then determine our future behaviors.

I have been a riding coach for over 30 years. I love teaching, I love sharing my knowledge,
I have spent a lot of time working people through their fears- my passion and true skill is in having this positive impact.
Over the years I discovered that oftentimes a riding issue had nothing to do with the horse or riding at all. The source of the problem came from many different directions, some were very unexpected. We all have a unique set of circumstances and subconsciously come to our own conclusions about ourselves and the world around us. I believe that this form of hypnosis addresses our unique nature quite effectively.

Becoming trained in Conversational hypnosis has allowed me to learn so much about myself and how I can help others more. In my work I have discovered that it is a fast and powerful technique that causes huge shifts in your behavior because it tackles the true source.

When you contact me and decide that you would like more information we set up a time for a phone or Zoom call. I will ask some questions and answer any questions you have. I will explain the process and terms of service. We then schedule the session that will be conducted in person or over Zoom or FaceTime. The initial phone call is free of charge and there is no obligation to engage my services. There is no pressure to proceed with an appointment.
